We provide two packaged website maintenance plans to provide the basic backup and updates of site core and extensions. This includes also you being able to contact us with a site related issue that you may need assistance with.
When choosing a package for maintenance, it is important to make sure you understand what you are signing up for. If your site content does not change more than monthly, then a monthly backup cycle would be fine. If you are updating your site weekly with blog articles or other content, then you will need a weekly backup.
Custom maintenance plans are available if required, for instance when building a new site or redesigning a site, a daily backup sequence should be maintained until the site is again live, then drop back to required backup schedule.
